What you can do during self-service opening hours
You can still use all of the library’s services with the new opening hours, including getting personal help and guidance during staff service hours (to see times visit bibliotek.kk.dk or the Copenhagen Library app). 
During self-services opening hours you can loan and return material using the self-service desks, collect reserved material and use the library’s facilities and PC’s. The library can also be used as a place to study, hold meetings.
How to start using the library during self-service opening hours:
To gain self-service access, you must first register with one of the staff at the library.
You will be able to choose your own personal PIN code, which you can then use with your Health Insurance Card.
During self-service opening hours, scan your Health insurance Card in a card reader at the library entrance and enter your PIN code. You will then be able to enter the library.
